Job Summary
Manager Supply Chain System – Kohler Co., Desoto, Texas
Work Mode:
Onsite
Salary: $101,350 – $156,150 (based on experience, education and location)
Responsibilities- Own and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) used in operations, including system configuration, parameter setting, workflow definition, and rule creation for inventory management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of system master data and reduce system errors.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within the WMS to minimize operational disruption, addressing inventory discrepancies, order processing failures, RF device connectivity, user access and system integration problems.
- Collaborate with the project team to implement warehouse automation technologies and ensure seamless communication between the WMS and automation systems.
- Lead complex projects, enhancements, and system support, managing resources, schedules, cost, quality, and scope.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support KPIs in cost, quality, service, safety, and sustainability.
- Act as a change agent, documenting new processes, managing change activities, and providing training and ongoing support to users.
- Partner with IT Functional Analyst for system configuration updates, code testing, and early communication to operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience, preferred in information systems and/or warehousing.
- Extensive experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Tier 1 solutions such as Blue Yonder (JDA) / Red Prairie.
- Preferred experience with SAP ECC, including MM, SD and WM modules.
