This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles County, CA for a Tech Administrator. The Tech Administrator will provide technical support, manage information technology systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless operation of IT infrastructure, offering customer service to internal and external users, and assisting with sales-related technical inquiries.

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology systems, with experience in troubleshooting and managing IT infrastructure
• Experience in Sales with the ability to support technical sales processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Tech Administrator or similar role is an advantage
