Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and manage infrastructure on AWS using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters and implement Git Ops workflows using ArgoCD.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services in Go or Node.js.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate backend systems with internal and external APIs securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to design clear data contracts and API interfaces.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and rollback.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Open Telemetry.
• Ensure platform and application security, cost efficiency, and high availability.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services in Go or Node.js.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, incident response, and on-call rotations.

• 2-5 years of experience in Platform, Dev Ops, or Backend Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda).
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Solid backend programming skills in Go or Node.js, including API and microservice design.
