Description Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Administrator in Earth City, MO or West Side Flats, MN. This is a clerical/administrative position helping to front vendor application issues experienced by our users. The System Administrator will act as a liaison between Operations users and the vendor who provides us the software.
Responsibilities:
* Production support;
Incident/problem management
* Clerical/administrative tasks;
Open vendor tickets, manage them, report and follow up with vendor or requestor for status updates;
Close them
* Monitoring reports and taking action depending on issue presented
* Assists with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot
* Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrityRequirements
* 3-5 years of securities and/or securities operations industry experience
* Understand general technology
* Mid-level Excel experience
* Customer service-oriented
* SEI Trust 3000/SWP experience
* Experience prompting Microsoft Copilot
* Reliability engineering experience
