AI Strategist

Leuven (hybrid)

"I know AI can do so much, but which cases are actually worth pursuing? How do I use it in my business? And how do I get my whole organisation on board?"

We're looking for an AI Strategist in Leuven who's eager to help clients find clear answers to all of this, and to guide them along the way.

Part of your job is spotting where AI can make a real difference for a client. You run workshops, figure out what they really need, map out their biggest challenges and work out which opportunities are worth building first. Together with our engineers and designers, you then turn that case into something that works in practice.

The other part is helping the organisation as a whole. That means getting people up to speed, setting a north star and guiding a company through its AI transformation, not just a single project. You stay involved from the first conversation until delivery, and you take ownership of your own projects along the way. You don't need to be an AI expert on day one.

Curiosity and the drive to learn matter more. If you like connecting business and technology, enjoy variety and want to help clients make good decisions about AI, you'll fit right in.

• Work directly with clients to understand their business context and identify the right AI opportunities
• Help clients find out how AI will impact their organisation
• Craft detailed analyses and roadmaps that align AI possibilities with client needs
• Run ideation workshops and brainstorms with clients and internal stakeholders
• Team up with our engineers and designers to define requirements and guide the execution
• Be end responsible for the AI strategy in your projects, from scoping to delivery
• Jump in on the sales team with business cases and proposals where needed

• Analysis, strategy, and AI aren't just your thing, they're your playground
• You're proactive, structured, and confident when working with clients
• You feel at home leading workshops and presenting your ideas clearly
• You switch easily between big-picture vision and nitty-gritty execution
• You have a background in business management, engineering, computer science, or similar
• You're genuinely curious about AI and eager to keep learning in this field
• You're fluent in Dutch and English

• A dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with a strong team of data scientists, full-stack developers and AI engineers
• A great company culture in a start-up environment with fun team events
• Various exciting AI projects for which you can make a direct impact
• A workplace where initiative, humor, and curiosity are highly appreciated
• An interesting salary package and everything you need to do an amazing job (Macbook Pro/Dell laptop, company car, insurances, meal compensation, mobile phone subscription, internet subscription…)
• Flexible (remote) working hours
• 20 days of leave + 12 ADV days
