Location:
Columbia MO. 65203 - No exceptions
In office 100% - No exceptions
Must have own reliable transportation to drive to other operational centers. This role will require driving.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Must have professional experience in helpdesk/service desk
3 + years of professional experience
Must have: IOS, Windows 11, SCCM, Microsoft Intune
Prefers:
Air Watch MDM experience
Must have a minimum of an associate's degree
This role will support several office buildings within a 1-2 hr radius. Reliable transportation is required. Mileage is reimbursed.
