Hogan Transportation is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical assistance to employees, both locally in Maryland Heights and remotely. You will resolve problems, configure hardware and software, and deliver user training as part of a team that supports critical daily operations.
Candidates should have a HS diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows operating systems and PC hardware. Associates or Bachelors in a technical field are preferred.
