AI Platform Engineer III

AI Platform Engineer to join our team.

• Administer, support, and continuously improve enterprise AI platforms, services, and related technologies.
• Configure and manage platform settings, licensing, user access, security controls, environments, integrations, and governance standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI platforms and emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Architecture, Engineering, Data Governance, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and effective AI platform adoption.
• Monitor platform health, usage, adoption, costs, and performance, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate new AI technologies, capabilities, and integrations to support evolving business needs.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, operational procedures, documentation, knowledge articles, and support runbooks.
• Lead or support technology projects related to AI platforms, governance, enablement, and operational excellence.
• Support responsible AI practices, security requirements, privacy controls, and compliance standards.
• Partner with training and enablement teams to promote effective adoption and usage of approved AI tools and services.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while contributing to operational best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology, systems administration, platform administration, cloud technologies, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, enterprise technology services, software integrations, and security principles.
• Experience administering or supporting enterprise software platforms, SaaS solutions, or cloud-based technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze usage metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, cloud services, collaboration tools, AI technologies, or digital workplace solutions.
• Experience supporting generative AI platforms, AI-assisted productivity tools, developer productivity platforms, or enterprise AI services.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, cloud identity platforms, access management solutions, and enterprise security controls.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, risk management concepts, and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
• Experience supporting technology initiatives involving security, architecture, engineering, data governance, and business stakeholders.
• Industry certifications related to cloud technologies, Microsoft platforms, artificial intelligence, security, or enterprise administration.
• Experience creating operational processes, governance frameworks, technical documentation, and support procedures.
