We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is analytical, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and technically capable. This role connects business needs with technology solutions and supports integrations, ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and third-party applications.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, figure things out, and run with them . You should be able to quickly understand what needs to happen, organize and prioritize your work, and move projects forward without constant oversight.

• Serve as the liaison between internal departments, technology partners, and vendors.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Develop and manage user stories throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support integrations using Power Platform and Boomi (iPaaS) .
• Build, test, and roll out business templates through Docentric .
• Test ERP updates, integrations, and automations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Document business processes, workflows, system designs, and process improvements.
• Identify business pain points and use technology to develop practical solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Work proactively with stakeholders and vendors to keep projects moving and follow issues through to resolution.
