Responsibilities

• Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify suitable insurance products for customers.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with claims and policy modifications.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• State insurance license for life and health insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products clearly.
• Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
