Account Executive

Employer Industry: Insurance

• Prepare accounts for new business and the renewal process, ensuring optimal client coverage
• Support brokers in creating market submissions and reviewing documents for accuracy
• Build relationships with brokers and proactively support business needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve invoicing issues
• Generate reports on performance metrics to inform brokers on portfolio trends

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management
• Must possess state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
• Strong understanding of brokerage operations and client service
• Ability to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with accounts

• Certification as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or Commercial Insurance License (CIL)
