• Timely handling of all incoming communication (calls, emails) from clients and companies regarding accounts in AM's book
• Serve as back-up to other account managers on the Large Commercial team to provide coverage when they are out-of-the-office
• Export client risk, as applicable
• Ensure clients complete their builders risk reporting forms
• Mail audits within 24 hours of receipt to insureds and follow-up as set by established audit procedures

• Is responsible for completion of applications and gathering of necessary information to marketing department by 100 days before expiration for any renewal account being marketed.
• Ensure all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPIC.
• Process renewal change requests
• Manage client invoicing needs, in partnership with Operations Manager and Accounting Department
• Create renewal proposals, including marking appropriate sections with highlight and signature tabs
• Attach and label quotes/policies/binders/renewal notices within CRM
• Bind and/or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contract
• Partner with Marketing and Placement, Bonds, Loss Control & Safety, and Claims teams to coordinate client needs, servicing requirements, and marketing efforts
• Identify and communicate penetration opportunities: additional coverages and products not currently provided to client

• Partner with Producer to understand scope of client's business, needs, risk profile, and other necessary information
• Enter new applications into EPIC
• Pull Loss Runs, Loss Analysis for Marketing
• Bind and/or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contract

• Partner with assigned Account Tech in servicing mutual accounts
• Work as an efficient team member with Producers on new or existing accounts
• Manage incoming mail
• Ensuring all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPIC
• All other duties assigned

• You have your Property & Casualty (P&C) license acquired upon hire or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• You have 2+ years of insurance industry preferred
• You have proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships strongly preferred
