Our client is a law firm seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and project coordination support for cross-office and cross-functional projects and initiatives, working closely with the Department Practice Director, Practice Group Manager(s), and IP Managers.
• Prepares and reviews routine IP-related documents, correspondence, and filings under attorney supervision.
• Manages electronic filing (e-filing) of IP documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures compliance with the Firm’s secretarial policies and applicable administrative procedures.
• Coordinates with HR on processes such as annual reviews and other staff-related matters.
• Supports the efficient daily administrative operations of the assigned legal team, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Provides support on ad hoc projects as assigned.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of IP support experience
• Intellectual Property experience required
• Experience supporting or assisting with team oversight (prior supervisory exposure a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and drafting skills

The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
