• You are a high performer with 3‑5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
• You have an undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics (preferred).
• You have strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
• You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and an action‑oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
• You also have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
