In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned attorneys, ensuring organization, efficiency, and seamless workflow. Responsibilities include performing heavy e‑filing for state and federal courts through One Legal and First Legal, as well as preparing and uploading documents for e‑filing, including motions under seal and notices of removal. You will handle time entry, expense reports, and reimbursements, and manage complex calendaring to track critical deadlines and court dates.
Additional duties include drafting and formatting pleadings such as tables of authorities and tables of contents, and maintaining case files in iManage to ensure accurate and efficient document organization.
