This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigation attorney ready to handle a diverse PI caseload and take cases through trial in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial.

Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and take and defend depositions.

Make court appearances, attend status conferences, and try cases to verdict.

Collaborate closely with partners and associates to deliver the best possible outcome for every client.

Contribute to firm growth through exceptional client service and teamwork.

5+ years of litigation experience with a solid foundation in plaintiff-side litigation.

Experience handling cases such as vehicle, trucking, premises liability, and wrongful death claims is a plus.

Strong trial preparation and courtroom advocacy skills.

Bilingual abilities a plus, but not required.

Team-first attitude with a passion for advocating for injured clients.

Salary: Up to $190K DOE + individualized bonus opportunities (origination and performance-based).

Schedule: 8–5 with flexible start times (40-hour minimum).
