Overview

Rastegar Law Group, a leading plaintiff-side employment litigation firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our team. We represent employees in class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, and discrimination/harassment cases
, with a strong focus on civil litigation and trial-ready advocacy.

• California Bar membership (or pending results with anticipated admission).
• Solid litigation experience, ideally with class action or employment law exposure.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  .
• Ability to manage deadlines, handle cases independently, and work collaboratively with senior attorneys.

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and class certification motions.
• Conduct legal research and develop creative strategies in complex employment cases.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on high-impact matters.
• Gain hands-on litigation experience early in your career, from depositions to trial preparation.
