What You’ll DoManage and lead trust and estate administration cases (approx. 40 active matters).
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning and trust documents.
Collaborate with a skilled paralegal and support team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development activities.
Represent the firm with professionalism and empathy in every client interaction.
What You Bring5+ years’ experience in estate planning, trust administration, or probate.
An existing or developing book of business (firm workload will keep you busy immediately).
Excellent drafting, communication, and client advisory skills.
Collaborative, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client service.
