Position: Wage & Hour Attorney

Locations: Los Angeles, San Diego, Oakland, and Orange County (Hybrid Flexibility)

Experience Level: 3–7 years

About the Opportunity

We’re working with a leading California plaintiff-side employment firm that’s expanding its Wage & Hour practice. The firm has built a strong reputation for successfully representing employees in complex wage and hour disputes, class actions, and PAGA matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in employment litigation who wants to work on high-impact cases in a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse caseload of Wage & Hour, PAGA, and class action matters from intake through resolution.
  • Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and conduct depositions.
  • Develop case strategies and manage settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as needed.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the California State Bar (in good standing).
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably in Wage & Hour or PAGA cases.
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and research skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
