Financial Services Attorney

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a California-licensed litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.

• Must be admitted to the California Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to Texas is preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on mortgage litigation defense matters, in both state and federal courts.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.

Estimated $140,000 to $180,000. The estimated salary range displayed is specifically for applicants who will perform work in California, if selected for the role, and is not applicable to other locations.
