• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
• Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Superior organizational, multi‑task, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
• Attend hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Effectively manage ties and follow firm procedures
• Collaborate with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

• Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and work on a computer
• Must have the dexterity to use a keyboard and other office equipment
• Must be able to observe details, read printed materials and computer screens
• Must be able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone
• Must be able to move around in an office setting and operate office equipment
• Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 15 pounds at times
