A top‑tier AmLaw firm seeks a Managing Associate with 4‑6 years of experience to join its high‑performing M&A and Private Equity practice. You will work on sophisticated transactions for leading global clients in a team consistently recognized among the top firms in M&A deal volume.

You’ll play a central role in complex, high‑value corporate transactions spanning diverse industries and jurisdictions. Working closely with partners and clients, you’ll lead deal teams, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, and advise on strategic business and legal considerations that shape market‑leading outcomes.

• 4–6 years of experience at a peer law firm in M&A or private equity transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional command of written and verbal communication.
• A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and desire to excel in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Membership to the California State Bar.
