• Supporting private equity investments in healthcare platforms

• Engaging directly with clients, decision-makers, and growth-focused providers

• 3–5 years of corporate/transactional experience (healthcare preferred)
• Background in a top 100 law firm
• Strong drafting, writing, and academic credentials
• Interest in private equity–focused healthcare transactions
• Admission to the California Bar
