What You’ll Be Doing- Structuring and negotiating healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Supporting private equity investments in healthcare platforms
- Advising on business operations and regulatory considerations
- Working alongside top-tier attorneys across a nationally integrated team
- Engaging directly with clients, decision-makers, and growth-focused providers
- 3–5 years of corporate/transactional experience (healthcare preferred)
- Background in a top 100 law firm
- Strong drafting, writing, and academic credentials
- Interest in private equity–focused healthcare transactions
- Admission to the California Bar
- Work with one of the industry’s most respected healthcare legal teams
