A leading client in the Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced Banking and Real Estate Transactions Counsel to join a prominent and growing real estate and finance practice in Los Angeles. • Represent Lenders in complex financing deals
  • Advise and structure commercial real estate financing transactions, including mortgage warehouse facilities and servicing rights agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage Real Estate Transactions for Owners
  • Provide counsel on property acquisitions, dispositions, and related agreements.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale contracts, closing documents, and ancillary agreements.
• Drafting & Negotiation Excellence
  • Prepare and review complex loan documents, security agreements, and related instruments.
  • Negotiate terms that balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Deal Management & Client Service
  • Oversee transactions from inception to closing, coordinating with clients, lenders, and third parties.
  • Deliver practical, business-oriented solutions under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience in banking, finance, and real estate transactions.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of commercial real estate finance, mortgage warehouse lending, and servicing rights.
• Previous law firm experience is a must.
• Bar Admission:
  Must be admitted to the California Bar.

• Experience representing owners in general real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales.
