Responsibilities- Represent companies in capital markets transactions.
- Represent public companies with SEC (1934 Act) reporting, corporate governance matters, and exchange compliance.
- Manage client relationships and handle day‑to‑day demands and workflow requirements of public company clients with sophisticated needs.
- Four to six years of capital markets and public company experience.
- Experience working in the corporate department of a national or international law firm.
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
- Experience with SEC reporting, corporate governance, and exchange compliance for public company clients.

SalaryThe expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000–$390,000. Final offer depends on geographic location, applicable experience, and skill set of the candidate.
