• Represent companies in capital markets transactions.
• Represent public companies with SEC (1934 Act) reporting, corporate governance matters, and exchange compliance.
• Manage client relationships and handle day‑to‑day demands and workflow requirements of public company clients with sophisticated needs.

• Four to six years of capital markets and public company experience.
• Experience working in the corporate department of a national or international law firm.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
• Experience with SEC reporting, corporate governance, and exchange compliance for public company clients.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000–$390,000. Final offer depends on geographic location, applicable experience, and skill set of the candidate.
