Hybrid Legal Assistant (Corporate, Transactions & Finance)
Large, top‑tier law firm in Century City is seeking a Hybrid Legal Assistant with 4–8 years of corporate experience to support its dynamic corporate practice. The position works 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
Base Pay Range$70,000–$100,000 per year
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and assist with sophisticated closings, prepare closing binders, document preparation, redlining, proofreading, court filings, coordinate meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, and perform other administrative duties.
Qualifications- 4–8 years of corporate legal experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with redlining and document management systems
- Detail‑oriented, excellent communication and organization skills
