An established, fast-growing law firm is seeking a 2nd–6th year Corporate Associate to join its dynamic Corporate Practice in Los Angeles. AboutThe Role
In this position, you will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- M&A transactions and private equity deals
- Public and private securities work
- Venture capital financings and emerging company representation
- Corporate governance, formation, and general corporate maintenance
- Licensing, corporate finance, and strategic commercial transactions
The role provides direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to grow within a practice known for its strategic advisory approach and business‑minded legal solutions.
