We’re seeking a motivated Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our dynamic Discovery Response Team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of legal innovation, working with state‑of‑the‑art AI technology to prepare discovery responses for our lawyer‑customers and train our proprietary AI discovery responses system. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable legal experience while contributing to the development of groundbreaking legal tech solutions.

• Collaborate with our in‑house AI systems to draft comprehensive discovery responses for various legal cases.
• Communicate effectively with lawyer‑customers’ clients to gather necessary information for discovery responses.
• Review and refine AI‑generated drafts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal standards.
• Work closely with our Director of Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of work product.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our AI systems by providing feedback and insights from your work.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Stay updated on legal procedures and best practices in discovery response preparation.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
• 1‑3 years of experience in a legal setting, with exposure to the discovery process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish.

• Experience in personal injury law.
• Paralegal certification.
