Paralegal - Civil Litigation

Support attorneys across all firm practice areas — civil litigation, labor & employment, and administrative law.

Conduct legal research, review and analyze discovery materials, and manage document productions.

Draft subpoenas, create deposition summaries, and assist in trial preparation.

Organize and maintain case files while collaborating with a strong legal support team.

Use eDiscovery tools and Trial Director software to prepare exhibits and trial materials.

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in civil or employment law.

Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.

Experience with eDiscovery and trial preparation highly valued.

A curious, team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to multiple practice areas.

Salary: $85K–$95K DOE + discretionary year-end bonus.

Work Schedule: 37.5-hour workweek (7.5-hour days), onsite at the firm’s riverfront Sacramento office.
