Licensed CA attorney with minimum 3 years experience in civil litigation, capable of handling expert discovery/dispositive motions/trial preparation, and effective verbal/written communication. Desired personal attributes include independent thought, proactive communication, collaboration, follow through, competitive spirit, high ethical standards and attention to detail.

Assignments suitable to experience and skill level will include pre-suit investigations, monitoring of concurrent criminal prosecution, civil case handling and trials. Regular guidance and support from a supervisor will be provided, as well as direct client/carrier contact.
