, is trial-ready, and passionate about advocating for injured clients. Prior Elder Abuse experience is required;
Personal Injury experience is a plus (training available if needed).
- Attend trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and court hearings statewide
- Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and trial briefs
- Manage litigation strategy and adhere to strict deadlines
- Lead and collaborate with litigation teams in a fast-paced environment
- Active member of the California State Bar
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Proven experience in Elder Abuse and/or Personal Injury litigation
- Ability to travel throughout California as needed
