Associate Attorney (Complex General Liability Defense) – Premier Orange County Litigation Firm
Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid / Flexible)
Experience: 2 – 10+ Years

Hands-On Litigation
As an Associate Attorney, you will move beyond the background research and into the heart of the litigation process. You will manage a diverse and intellectually stimulating caseload involving high-stakes personal injury, transportation, premises liability, and complex general liability matters.
Key Responsibilities- Active Litigation: Manage your own caseload with strategic partner support.
- In-Court Presence: Appear for hearings and argue motions; take and defend depositions.
- Strategic Drafting: Prepare pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery responses.
- Trial Participation: Opportunities to assist in and lead portions of trials alongside seasoned trial attorneys.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to strategize and advance case objectives.
- Experience: 2–10+ years of civil litigation experience. A background in insurance defense is preferred but not required.
- Skills: A strong writer and communicator with a proven ability to think strategically under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in the courtroom, including motions and depositions.
- Mindset: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values a culture of mutual support.
- Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
