Mid-Level Business Litigation Paralegal

Prominent defense firm in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Business & Commercial Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4+ years of civil litigation defense experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Provide comprehensive litigation support including both legal and administrative tasks
• Draft, edit, and finalize a wide variety of litigation documents including discovery demands and responses, pleadings, motion papers, declarations, and exhibits
• Organize and maintain discovery materials, correspondence, and pleadings for high-volume caseloads
• Assist with large-scale document review, production, and retrieval
• Provide hands‑on support for trial preparation, including assembling witness kits, demonstratives, and exhibits

• 3-4+ years of California civil litigation experience required
• Business / Commercial Litigation experience preferred but not required
• Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant declaration or attestation required
