Litigation Paralegal – Labor & Employment (California)
Base pay range: $99,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Support attorneys through all phases of state and federal litigation
- Manage cases from inception through trial, appeal, or settlement
- Draft and revise pleadings, discovery, and litigation filings
- Coordinate discovery, document productions, and eDiscovery (iPro or similar)
- Prepare deposition, hearing, and trial materials
- Maintain case files, discovery logs, and litigation databases
- Eligible to work as a paralegal under CA Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450
- Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved) and 5+ years of California litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of court rules and litigation procedures
- Hands-on eDiscovery experience (iPro preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Westlaw or Lexis
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- 1,575 annual billable hours
- Occasional travel and extended hours as needed
- Competitive pay: $48.07–$54.32/hour
