Key Responsibilities- Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Effectively manage time and follow firm procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions.
- Proactive, client‑centered, and tech‑savvy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Superior organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Sufficient dexterity to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
- Ability to observe details, read printed materials, and view computer screens.
- Ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
- Ability to move within an office environment and operate office equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel to court as required.
Remote Optional, or office in Northern California.
CompensationSalary: $ – $ per year.
Supplemental pay: discretionary bonuses, employer‑paid Bar dues and CLEs, and other benefits including medical, vision, short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and optional dental coverage.
