• Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Effectively manage time and follow firm procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions.
• Proactive, client‑centered, and tech‑savvy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Superior organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Sufficient dexterity to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
• Ability to observe details, read printed materials, and view computer screens.
• Ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
• Ability to move within an office environment and operate office equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 15 pounds as needed.
• Ability to travel to court as required.

Salary: $ – $ per year.
