• Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
• Attend hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Effectively manage time and follow Firm procedures
• Collaborate with all levels both internal and external
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
• Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Superior organizational, multi‑task, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer
• Sufficient dexterity to operate a keyboard and other office equipment
• Ability to observe details, read printed materials, and view computer screens
• Ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone
• Ability to move within an office environment and operate office equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 15 pounds as needed
• Ability to travel to court as required
