Position Overview: As a Senior Attorney focusing on employment litigation defense and PAGA claims, you will play a key role in defending employers against a variety of employment‑related disputes. You will lead litigation efforts, manage high‑profile cases, and provide strategic counsel to clients navigating the challenges of California’s complex employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of California labor laws, strong defense litigation experience, and the ability to handle PAGA claims effectively.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in employment litigation defense, with a focus on PAGA and wage and hour claims.
• Expertise in defending against PAGA lawsuits and class action employment claims.
• In‑depth knowledge of California Labor Code, Wage Orders, and relevant employment regulations.
• Strong track record of success in defending employers in complex litigation matters.
• Competitive salary based on experience.
• 110/hr for every hour billed after 1575.

This role is full‑time and Remote.

The annual salary for this position is between $185,000 and $250,000 + billable bonuses (Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
