Ascendion is partnered with a highly regarded boutique law firm to identify a Senior Corporate / M&A Attorney to join its growing and sophisticated Corporate & Transactions practice. This opportunity offers meaningful, hands‑on deal experience, direct client interaction, and strong work‑life balance within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition documents, employment agreements and NDAs, LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, and other corporate governance materials.
• Manage and coordinate transaction workflows with internal teams, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Support deal execution while ensuring timelines, quality, and responsiveness are consistently met.
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on a broad range of M&A and corporate matters.

• 6–8 years of experience handling mergers & acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build client and counter party relationships.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously.
• Team‑oriented professional with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic.

The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $290,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
