Prominent law firm in Encino is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their growing team! The ideal candidate has 4+ years of litigation experience, strong familiarity with state, federal and local court rules and deadlines, a proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• State and federal court filing/e‑filing
• Trial preparation
• Document production and proofreading, including complex demand letters

Desired

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years litigation support experience
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules
• Strong E‑filing experience (state and federal)
• Flexible, team‑oriented attitude
• Class action defense experience is a plus but not required
• Labor & Employment experience preferred but not required

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Targeted range of $75k - $85k annually.
