The OpportunityA well‑established full‑service law firm is expanding and seeking Partners with a portable book of business to join its California platform. This firm supports both litigation and transactional practices and offers the flexibility senior attorneys actually want—remote or hybrid, not performative “flexibility.”
This is a growth‑driven role for Partners who want autonomy, collaboration, and real infrastructure behind their practice.
Practice Areas of Focus- Business & Commercial Litigation
- Corporate & Transactional Law
- Insurance Law
(Experience in one or multiple areas is welcome.)
What we’re Looking For- Partner‑level attorney with an active California Bar license
- Portable book of business (size and structure flexible)
- Experience in litigation, transactional work, or a hybrid practice
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice within a collaborative platform
