Complex Commercial & Real Estate Litigation, Business Dispute Resolution, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance
Ideal Candidate:- 2–7 years of litigation experience (real estate, corporate, or commercial)
- Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
- Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) preferred
- JD from ABA-accredited law school; CA Bar in good standing
- Experience with construction law, zoning, or regulatory matters a plus
- Law school transcripts
- Writing sample, deal sheet, or representative matters list
- Reason for exploring new opportunities
