Position: Litigation Associate/ Eminent Domain

Eminent Domain / Litigation Associate | Southern or Northern California | Hybrid

A respected California law firm is seeking talented Litigation Associates to join its growing Eminent Domain practice across Southern and Northern California
.

This is a strong opportunity for attorneys who enjoy complex, high-impact litigation involving real estate, public projects, and property rights — and want to learn from a collaborative team with deep experience in this specialized field.

What You’ll Do
  • Work on eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters, representing both public and private entities.
  • Draft and argue motions
    , manage discovery
    , and take depositions
    .
  • Gain experience in court appearances
    , negotiations, and client strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on large-scale infrastructure and property cases.
What You’ll Bring
  • Litigation experience (eminent domain or real estate background a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
    .
  • Strong communication and organizational ability.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, teamwork, and serving clients at a high level.
What We Offer

💼
Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 base +
annual performance bonuses

🏡 Hybrid flexibility: Work remotely part of the week, supported by an annual telecommute budget

Billable requirement: 1,850 hours.
