A respected California law firm is seeking talented Litigation Associates to join its growing Eminent Domain practice across Southern and Northern California
.
This is a strong opportunity for attorneys who enjoy complex, high-impact litigation involving real estate, public projects, and property rights — and want to learn from a collaborative team with deep experience in this specialized field.
What You’ll Do- Work on eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters, representing both public and private entities.
- Draft and argue motions
, manage discovery
, and take depositions
. - Gain experience in court appearances
, negotiations, and client strategy. - Collaborate with senior attorneys on large-scale infrastructure and property cases.
- Litigation experience (eminent domain or real estate background a plus, but not required).
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
. - Strong communication and organizational ability.
- Enthusiasm for learning, teamwork, and serving clients at a high level.

Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 base +
annual performance bonuses

🏡 Hybrid flexibility: Work remotely part of the week, supported by an annual telecommute budget

Billable requirement: 1,850 hours.
