Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Tech‑savvy – comfortable using CRM software, case management systems, and digital communication tools
• A positive, professional, and empathetic approach with every potential client
