**** To be considered for the Temporary Delivery Assurance Specialist opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
*** High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
* A minimum of two years’ experience in purchasing, expediting, or supply chain, preferably in aerospace or a high-reliability manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with aerospace materials, components, and supply chain requirements.
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, INFOR).
** As a Temporary Delivery Assurance Specialist, you will:
*** Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
* Liaise between suppliers and internal teams (procurement, production, quality, engineering) to resolve delivery or material issues.
* Maintain accurate records of order status, shipment dates, and supplier communications.
* Identify potential supply chain risks or delays and proactively implement solutions.
* Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate delivery and order status.
* Assist in vendor performance evaluation based on delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
* Coordinate with logistics and receiving teams to confirm inbound shipments.
* Support the purchasing team in managing order modifications, cancellations, or returns.
* Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations, quality standards (e.g., AS9100), and internal policies.**#LI-Onsite
