** to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating demand forecasts into executable supply plans, managing inventory across our distribution network, and ensuring production continuity by aligning supply with demand.  is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented As a key contributor to our planning process, you will maintain ERP planning parameters, collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams, and proactively identify and mitigate supply risks.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of planning systems and supply chain dynamics. You are comfortable working with data, communicating cross-functionally, and continuously looking for ways to improve service levels, reduce excess inventory, and optimize the end-to-end planning process.
** TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
** Review and revise safety stock settings regularly for all finished goods, ensuring appropriate buffers by location based on demand variability, lead times, and service level targets.

** Contribute to team training, documentation, and knowledge sharing to support planning process standardization and capability building.
** QUALIFICATIONS*

Experience:

** 5-6 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials planning (CPG manufacturing preferred).

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.

Familiarity with S&OP or IBP processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
