• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assisting with hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Ongoing team training and customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing the business
• Tracking goals and performance metrics

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership/Management experience helpful
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (about 7 hours/day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
