The Senior Field Training Manager is part of a distinct, field‑based training team that trains and supports hourly and managerial associates on company processes and standards. The role provides on‑ground support and is critical to the successful execution of new location openings, requiring strong leadership, employee development skills, and a dynamic, results‑oriented mindset.

• Coordinate & manage project milestones, timelines, and budgets while identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
• Serve as the on‑site contact and oversee projects when the supervisor is not present.
• Collaborate and facilitate training of management teams and staff, including on‑the‑job, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, meetings, and workshops.
• Work cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet desired results.
• Coordinate with IT partners to guarantee that all relevant systems are functional and operational before a location opens.
• Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods tailored to each training context.
• Provide feedback to employees and managers to support their development.
• Supervise Field Training Captains during training implementation, ensuring consistent results and brand culture alignment.
• Support special projects and ongoing operational needs at locations as assigned.
• Work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to support business needs.
• Travel extensively as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Serve as subject matter expert for all operational company processes.
• Plan, design, implement, and follow up on all projects assigned by a supervisor.
• Perform post‑mortem reports upon project completion and recommend best practices.
• Complete administrative duties as needed and within deadlines.

Oversee Field Training Managers.

The Senior Field Training Manager must have a project management or training background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to deliver high‑quality results within tight timelines. They should possess a strong sense of leadership, demonstrate guest service and interpersonal skills, high integrity, respect for all individuals, and an appreciation of diversity. Strong teamwork, development, and presentation abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Five years in training, managing, and facilitating associate development programs and project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Any combination demonstrating the ability to perform the assigned duties is accepted.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $80,000–$90,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
