Project ManagerAs our Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Your Impact- Select materials, building systems and equipment; procure, expedite, distribute, and return all materials/tools related to the project; maintain controls to monitor and evaluate cost-to-estimate, identify/report variances, and forecast project costs and margins.
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage field personnel, including on‑site meetings; conduct extensive survey of jobsite.
- Maintain all project records per company standards, including daily logs, monthly owner reports, etc.; verify and expedite all invoicing; investigate and resolve overdue accounts receivable.
- Monitor and manage all costs incurred during the project; evaluate site, improvements, constructability, labor and material availability.
- Submit permit applications and inspection requests; submit shop drawings, samples, cut sheets and as‑built documentation.
- Use document management software such as Bluebeam to organize and coordinate project documentation and tracking (drawings, change orders, correspondence, RFIs, etc.).
- Respond to and resolve client complaints and concerns, including personal meetings as needed.
- Assist with project site safety standards; participate in routine safety huddles and walkthroughs, and support jobsite safety investigations when required.
- Estimate base projects as well as change orders; recommend value‑engineering options.
- Other duties as assigned by employer.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, Electrical Systems Design or related field, OR equivalent years of experience.
- Previous experience in Project Management within the AEC industry.
- Experience in large commercial work, healthcare, and/or data/critical infrastructure is a plus.
