• Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (insurance industry preferred)
• Proven ability to lead a team toward meeting goals and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficient in office systems, CRMs, and task management tools
• Must have Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Compensation based on experience and performance.

Compensation $70,000.00 - $ per year
