We are looking for an experienced Restaurant District Manager to join our client’s team. This role requires a strong leader with a consistent and proven track record in QSR management to oversee operations for three quick-service restaurants. The District Manager will be instrumental in driving business success through effective leadership and strategic planning, ensuring restaurants in their territory achieve performance goals.

• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, to drive profitability.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with company objectives.

• Proven experience in a multi-unit managerial role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving business development initiatives.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
